A visit from Lucky
We came home today to find that we'd had a visit from Lucky the Leprechaun! He was too tricky for our traps, but he left footprints and gold dust behind. He also tricked us by leaving gold chocolate coins instead of real coins! Below is a picture of the proof that he was here....
We'll get him next year.... We read a story about ways to trap a leprechaun and it told us that leprechauns like old shoes and a dram of whiskey - which Cameron has repeated several times to his kindergarten teacher, of course. At least she knows me personally... which may or may not help, actually! Anyway - our evening consisted of green mashed potatoes, green milk, green peas, and ham (not green). After a green tubby the kids are now in bed and my time is finally my own.... zzzzzzzzzz...... (Happy St. Patrick's Day!)

Glad to hear you left the ham alone - have you seen green ham - kinda rank looking. Nice job Lucky!
